• The girth measurement is the main point of reference. The chest measurement is a rough guide as it can sit higher or lower on your dog's chest.
• The above chart is a guide, your dog may have a special body type (lean/wide chested) that may not fit into the size chart.
• Please measure your dog. Please check the harness fitted on your dog indoors prior to going outdoors. If the harness does not fit well, the no-pull will not work. We understand purchasing online is difficult, please note we can exchange the harness IF it's been tried on indoors and not taken out on a walk outdoors.
• Important: This is a training harness designed for short training sessions and/or short walks. This harness is to teach and train your dog good walking skills. If you would like to go on hikes, bush walks, long walks - please refer to our Explorer Chest Plate collection.

Personalisation tags are non-returnable and non-refundable. If personalisation was complimentary and a refund is requested, the cost of personalisation will be deducted. Exchanging for a different size and your personalisation carries over — no extra charge.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from Sydney, Australia (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods).

For domestic deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post and trusted local courier. If you have a courier preference, please email us. For international orders, we ship via DHL, Australia Post, and your local postal service. For more information, please click here.
Returns
We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right, or you simply changed your mind. Return for exchange / store credit / discuss with our customer service. Please note: Sale items, toys, and food-related products are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.

We have 3 levels of No-Pull training tools to suit dogs of all shapes, size and strength.
For younger dogs, we recommend you start at level 1 to introduce your dog to front leading harness.
They may stay at level 1 and/or assess if they need to progress to level 2 and 3.
Consult with your dog trainer if required.

I purchased two no pull harness as a birthday gift for my 2 senior Kelpies. Not only is the order personalised with the name/nickname, but I also made a mistake with the order (missing bits), and the company made contact looking for further instructions to fix what I had missed. My boy looks so handsome in his new harness and the handle on the back is so handy! The straps look comfortable and the large was a great fit for an average size male Golden Retriever. Only thing that would make it better would be a D-ring on the front.

If you have a beagle you know how hard it is to find a harness that fits. This is perfect as it is adjustable at the front and on the sides. Plus it just sits well. Mazi usually runs away when we have to put a harness on but now she actually comes to us to get it on. That is a win!

It is beautiful quality and looks amazing. A few reviews mentioned the Velcro front being a problem but for me it is no problem. I love that it can be adjusted. I simply tried it on my pup and took it off to resize, I did this twice to get it just right taking me about 5 mins. Then it was perfect, ready to go from then on. I normally use the front d ring but I love the handle and option to attach the lead to the back. The back handle is great to hold when needed if kids are passing etc some reason I want added control. Thank you for another beautiful harness. We love it.

I have a on the small side Greyhound, but she has a large battle chest, which makes fitting a harness comfortably difficult. This hardness allows for the slim shoulders but large chest.
It stops her pull when the lead is clipped to the front however allows for exploring when clipped from to back.
Perfect for our adventurer.

The design of the harness, lead and collar looks stunning but the size of the harness was slightly big even at this tightest setting for the harness. It’s a shame as I followed the sizing recommendations but unable to use the harnesses for my dogs.

So sorry that the sizing didnt quite fit your dog. Our charts are based as a guide as each dogs frame and build can be slightly different.
We do offer exchanges though for cased like this as lon as the harness has only been tried on not used.
