Our Promise

Every Stylish Hound product is designed and packaged with care. We want you and your pup to love what you receive — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@stylish-hound.com. Our team will be here to assist and arrange accordingly.

Exchanges for Sizing

We happily accept exchanges for sizing issues, provided the product is:

  • Unworn (trying on indoors is fine)
  • Free from marks, scuffs, or signs of wear
  • In brand new, resellable condition

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Three clear photos of your dog wearing the harness (front, side, back)
    A brief description of the fit issue. Sometimes a simple adjustment may resolve the issue at hand. We understand fitting and sizing can be difficult buying online - we are always here to assist in confirming the correct size to avoid anymore back and forth.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or dirty items
  • Lick mats, bowls, chews, tug toys, snuffle mats, collapsible water bowls, or bottles
  • Swim jackets, dog robes, or raincoats used in water or rain
  • Human raincoats used outdoors
  • Customised items (e.g. personalised name patches)

If you need a new custom harness due to sizing, please contact us. We need to cover basic such as staff, matieral cost and overheads for personalisation as they are made to order. Thank you for your understanding. 

Change of Mind Returns

We offer store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns if items meet the return conditions above. Please email us hello@stylish-hound.com.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise arranged.

Store Credit & Refunds

  • Store credit is issued for the value of the returned item (including any discounts).
  • Refunds are available only if you’ve repurchased the correct size/product before your return is received. Refunds incur processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. 
  • Orders with free shipping will have $13 (domestic) or $30 (international) deducted from any refund to cover postage costs. This is at cost from third party not on our end! We appreciate your understanding. 

    We generally recommend store credit — it’s faster, simpler, and avoids third-party fees.
