We use Australia Post and other Local Couriers for domestic delivery (within Australia). For all international delivery we use DHL and Australia Post alongside your National Postal Service.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for a store credit. Please note: this excludes sale items, toys / food related items with hygiene policy, unless deemed as faulty.
Please ensure that the product has not been worn (tried on indoors is OK), no scuffs, no marks and in brand new resellable condition.

Since I found your brand I’ve bought multiple collars for our dog Ginny. We have a tradition where every birthday she gets a new collar. I love the colours and the secure clip. Now that we no longer live in NZ i’ll continue to support one of my fav dog brands from the other side of the world.

The collars from Stylish Hound are better quality than any of the other brands my pup and I have tested. The locking mechanism on them is quite handy as our other pup tries to take the collars and harnesses off the other dogs lol. 110% recommended Stylish Hound products!!

Sturdy collar with nifty locking feature. The pattern is pretty. It's a bit thicker than her previous collar but doesn't seem to bother her at all

Love this collar for my golden retriever puppy. Beautiful colour, easy to adjust, and it’s great that the buckle has a locking option. True to size. And she loves her matching harness and leash!

We recently bought the chest plate harness for our active Kelpie. We love going on adventures in the mountains & this harness fits him so well because it’s adjustable around the neck & body. It doesn’t rub under his sensitive armpit area as it sits around his chest & gives him lots of freedom to run & explore.

Clover loves her collar, harness and lead - and we do too! The evergreen design is so pretty on her! It is comfortable with no rubbing and is helping us train to walk nicely on the lead. The multi function leash is absolutely fantastic, so useful in many situations. Love that it provides a longer lead and some additional freedom, but full safety, on those 'sniffy' walks. We are very happy with the overall quality and will be purchasing again.

I bought the On Duty Collar for my German Shepherd cause he is in need of a new collar. But at the same time we got the On Duty Head Halter too, so it is perfect to match!

Adorable little collar until all the silicone lightning pieces fell off or broke in half.
Now just a standard black collar that you can get anywhere with a few pieces of silicone dangling off…
It’s great quality collar and I do like the lock on the collar but highly disappointed in the longevity of the product.
Our boy Arthur hasn’t even got to wear it out of the house yet..
