They are also designed for dental safety, meaning the toy would break before your dog's teeth. They are designed to be tugged on and chewed during play and mealtime. After use, wear and tear may be visible. Always supervise your dog whilst playing with toys. Inspect and remove any loose pieces before continued use. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right, or you simply changed your mind. Return for exchange / store credit / discuss with our customer service. Please note: Sale items, toys, and food-related products are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.
